Welcome back Kreiva! Welcome to 2026-2027!

We are so excited for the brand new year ahead! There’s a lot to look forward to, and we can’t wait to kick off another year of learning and community.

We want to share a few important updates as we get started.

For Your Calendar

First Day of School: Thursday Sep 3, 2026

• Drop Off: 8:00a.m  Classes Start: 8:30 a.m.

• Pick Up: 3:30 p.m.

No School: Monday September 7th, 2026 & Tuesday September 8th, 2026

Open House: September 17, 2026 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Changes this year:

• Moving from Trimesters (3 Terms) to Semesters (2 Terms)

  • Fall Semester:  September 3, 2026 - January 29, 2027

  • Spring Semester: February 1, 2027 - June 10, 2027.

• Moving from a 6 period day to a 7 period day.

  • Classes will be approximately 55 minutes each.

• Moving from A/B days to the same classes every day.

• Moving from 1/2 day on Wednesday to full day every day.

Logistics and Reminders

• Immunizations (or waivers) and physicals are required to start school on September 3, 2026. Students can’t start school without them.

  • The Office is open 8:30 -3:30 for drop-off.

  • It can also be attached in Alma.

  • The doctor can also FAX it to us (603) 836 - 4779

• Breakfast, Snacks and Lunch Details

  • Kreiva does not have a school lunch program. We do get donations from SNHU and the NH Foodbank each week. Please know that options are inconsistent and limited. We typically have:

    • Breakfast – cereal, milk, juice

    • Snacks – Ideally students will bring a snack from home, but if they need a snack, they can ask a teacher

    • Lunch – SNHU sandwich and various sides. Please remind students to bring a water bottle each day.

• Be sure to update Alma asap:

  • Permission for photos

  • Walking activity form

• Students should bring….

  • Water bottle

  • Lunch & snacks

  • Charged computer/chromebook

  • Backpack

  • Pencils & a notebook

• Upon arrival, students can go into the cafe and have breakfast, or they can go to their first period class.

• Early Dismissals – Please email the attendance line before 9am (attendance@kreiva.org)

• Chromebook insurance is required. Parent Portal Link: https://securranty.com/kreiva 

• Details about cell phones and electronics are coming soon

DROP OFF  PROCEDURE:

Vehicles enter High Street from Union and/or Pine Streets between 8:00am and 8:30am. Cars should line up along High Street. Those wishing to load/unload students should move efficiently into the Drop-off/Pick–up lane. Students should exit only from the right side of their vehicle and use the alleyway to travel to the main entry door. After loading/unloading, drivers may pull out of the Drop-off/Pick-up lane, proceed forward and exit High Street to the left onto Chestnut Street. No cars may be left unattended in the Drop-off/Pick up lane. Cars should not enter High Street from Chestnut Street nor park on the far side of High Street.

PICK UP PROCEDURE: Please do not park at the lawyers' parking lot.

Afternoon pickup will be the same routine, beginning at approximately 3:25pm. Parents can queue along Pulaski Park on High Street and form a line that will proceed a few cars at a time alongside the building. No cars may be left unattended in the Drop-off/Pick up lane. Cars should not enter High Street from Chestnut Street nor park on the far side of High Street.
