Kreiva Community Feedback Needed

As we develop our plans for return to school in Fall 2020, we are looking to gather feedback from our Kreiva community. The information from the Department of Education surveys that many of you completed about a month ago have not yet been made available to schools across the state. As we are trying to be proactive, we have created own simple survey to gather some basic information that will help us guide our decision making process.
