First Trimester Survey

A survey was emailed to Kreiva families on August 5th. Please complete a survey for EACH Kreiva student in your household. This survey is required and will allow us to complete our planning for the opening of Kreiva Academy for the first trimester. If you have enrolled your student, but did not receive this survey, please contact Lisa at lcohen@kreiva.org or (603) 232-7974 ext 101.
